While this code seems to not present an actual vulnerability, one could
easily be introduced by mistake due to how the query is built.
This PR parameterises the `to_tsquery` input to make the query more robust.

Fetching statuses from all followed accounts at once takes too long
within Postgres. Fetching them one by one and merging in Ruby
could be a lot less resource-intensive
Because the query for dynamically fetching the home timeline is so
heavy, we can no longer offer it when the home timeline is missing
It's possible that after commit callbacks were not firing when
exceptions occurred in the process. Also, the default Sidekiq
strategy does not push indexing jobs immediately, which is not
necessary and could be part of the issue too.
