input: accommodate silly emulators that have LF instead of CR in a paste
Even though a user would never type ^J to start a new line, accept it as a synonym of <Enter> (^M) in a bracketed paste, because apparently bash accepts it as a synonym too. This works around https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?58010.master
