re-update seabios to latest revision I reset it temporarily back to 1.16.3 when testing the SeaBIOS hanging bug on 3050 micro, but the revision had no effect; the bug was caused by a bad coreboot config Signed-off-by: Leah Rowe <leah@libreboot.org>
