bios_extract, biosutilities and uefitool are used
by lbmk, but not by cbmk.
remove these. they were accidentally added during
cherry-picking of lbmk patches.
no harm done, because they are freue software packages
so they don't violate canoeboot's policy, but they are
nonetheless superfluous in the canoeboot project.
