nvmutil: Remove redundant information

Licensing is already mentioned in the source code
for nvmutil. Putting it in the documentation just
means that it'll go out of date over time, as it
already has; instead of updating it, remove it.

Documentation is under the GNU licensing that Canoeboot
documentation uses.
