make page texts smaller, but only on desktop browsers
...
this makes the website more usable on 1280x800 displays, and you can still
enlarge the text if you have a high dpi screen

rename global.css to libreboot.css
...
people who have the old global.css cached will see a very b0rked looking site.
this is a quick workaround for that, for people seeing the new site that
just launched
