Due to an issue in libgfxinit, Latitude E6400 systems with a 1440 x 900
display panel would have garbled graphics before the OS boots. Make a
note of this issue in releases 20240504 and earlier.

I've also simplified the encryption guides by deleting them,
and 301 redirecting them on libreboot.org httpd.
LUKS information and guidance is now provided as a stub
entry in docs/linux/index.md, as it should be.
This new release has argon2 support in GRUB.

It also bypasses SMM BIOS lock protections by disabling SMIs
(Dell's BIOS doesn't set a certain bit in the chipset leaving
it vulnerable to this) in addition to telling the EC to set
the descriptor override.
