the bucts unbrick instructions are not useful, because
libreboot already provides both bootblocks as duplicates.
we only need these guides to be for teardown, then linking
to the SPI flasher guide

the removed info is a relic, from before all information was
centralised in docs/install/spi.md
remove it, because it is extremely confusing for new readers
