libpkgconf: pkg: fix out ouf boundary access
If a file with a matching "uninstalled" name exists but cannot be parsed, an invalid memory area is accessed. How to reproduce: $ touch poc-uninstalled.pc $ PKG_CONFIG_PATH=. pkgconf pocmaster
