Delete Branch "%!s(<nil>)"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may exist for a short time before cleaning up, in most cases it CANNOT be undone. Continue?
For instances with open registration that requires approval, this can be a confusing behavior; while it does notify about pending approval by email, one would expect this notification to trigger as well.
Really, this should be two events: "User requested an account" and "User signed up".
