Right now, users can generate unlimited-use invite links, which can be abused.

We should implement a configuration option to allow restricting the maximum number of allowed invite uses when an invite link is created. Additionally, we should enforce that cap on any "unlimited" invite links which may already exist.

time unitl expiration can also be set, the default is to never expire
