Mostly we just have

NixOS deployment files
Some image/favicon changes (mostly ones that 4.0 broke and I haven't fixed yet :()
Currently, the WIP emoji reactions patch
Oh, and our Toot button has been relabeled "Honk!"

Mostly I use our Git tree to make it easy to be absolutley sure we're AGPLv3 compliant
