I think it would be beneficial to maintain a list of features to the readme file, so that anyone interested in this fork can easily find out what's different from glitch-soc. I know that this fork isn't exactly meant for general use per se, but it would theoretically not require much effort.

I believe we should also document this in a changelog or release notes. Begin doing releases all together.

at some point, we'll do a rebase and properly retag all TH commits with a TH: prefix.
