Delete Branch "%!s(<nil>)"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may exist for a short time before cleaning up, in most cases it CANNOT be undone. Continue?
As mentioned in staff chat, some historical reports have been deleted. Example is report #175.
The correct behavior should be to retain reports in all cases.
This is known not to be related to account suspension/purging, as there are older reports still present that ended in suspension. It also does not appear to be related to defederation, as Mastodon is tracking the number of known accounts for domains that are entirely defedded and reports from fully defedded domains are also still present.
The same issue applies to the account record itself - the audit log shows the report being resolved, and the suspension of the reported account. However, the account summary link in the audit log goes to a 404.
We should be retaining all data regarding reports and suspended accounts, not only for reference purposes - there are some scenarios where we may be legally required to retain violating content that is reported to LE.
