*Fajita sauce*:
* 1 clove garlic, minced
* 1 1/2 tsp salt
* 1/2 tsp chili powder
* 3/4 tsp red chili flakes
* 2 tbsps oil
* 1 tbsp lemon juice
* 1/3 cup A-1 steak sauce
*Fajitas*:
* 2 tbsps oil
* 1lb thin-sliced steak or chicken breasts
* 1 red or orange bell pepper, sliced thinly
* 1 medium onion, sliced thinly
*Directions*:
1. In a small bowl, add all fajita sauce ingredients and stir to combine. Set aside.
1. In a medium skillet, add 1 tbsp of the oil and heat.
1. Add meat and cook until done, about 6 minutes.
1. Remove meat and set aside.
1. Add remaining oil, onion, and bell pepper. Sauté until onion is translucent, about 8 minutes.
1. Return meat to pan and add fajita sauce.
1. Cook until fajita sauce is bubbling, stirring frequently.
1. Remove from heat.
1. Serve on warm tortillas.
