Fajitas |

Fajita sauce:
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 3/4 tsp red chili flakes
- 2 tbsps oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/3 cup A-1 steak sauce
Fajitas:
- 2 tbsps oil
- 1lb thin-sliced steak or chicken breasts
- 1 red or orange bell pepper, sliced thinly
- 1 medium onion, sliced thinly
Directions:
- In a small bowl, add all fajita sauce ingredients and stir to combine. Set aside.
- In a medium skillet, add 1 tbsp of the oil and heat.
- Add meat and cook until done, about 6 minutes.
- Remove meat and set aside.
- Add remaining oil, onion, and bell pepper. Sauté until onion is translucent, about 8 minutes.
- Return meat to pan and add fajita sauce.
- Cook until fajita sauce is bubbling, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat.
- Serve on warm tortillas.
