git.sh: do not remove .submodules
the reason for it is because sometimes the coreboot build system auto-downloads submodules which we don't want. however, we now pass UPDATED_SUBMODULES=1 in make, which disables this behaviour in coreboot's build system. therefore, remove this unnecessary logic.
