git/pico-serprog: update revision again
riku committed a new patch, that fixes build errors when PICO_DEFAULT_LED_PIN is not defined, on a given board. in such cases, riku's new patch just disables handling of the status LED, but LEDs continue to work on boards where it is defined. Signed-off-by: Leah Rowe <leah@libreboot.org>9020vga
