only a wrapper around lbmk.
nowadays, the user just runs lbmk directly.

remove redundant information
...
it is already mentioned in the policy page, and
freedom states page. it doesn't belong in the build
instructions, where the user is only interested in
building libreboot.
politics and tech should be separate, even if the
libreboot project is very political in general.
